Training Body
Our face to face personal training sessions involve an assessment on your first meeting helping us see your body mechanics and current fitness levels. At Fit-Niche Fitness it is key that we have a feel for what type of training will be suitable for you. We then work with you to develop a bespoke training programme that helps you to meet your physical wellbeing goals. In doing so we support you to identify more positive and active ways of managing your health. Fit-Niche incorporates mindfulness and behavioural activation to help you stay focused during your training while helping compliment your lifestyle and current commitments, creating balance.
We also offer online personal coaching which is extremely important for us to get that one to one, face to face feel. With video calling, chats and check ins it’s been proven to work, getting outstanding results with people coming back time and time again from all over the UK.
