Warrior (30 Min pt Group)

Each class is delivered with personal Training, where as someone may have come to shred weight and improve health some may want to tone and progress fitness. This can be done! 

We keep class numbers low and use a pre-booking system where we can programme for each individual. Friendly welcoming atmosphere where everyone  can support each other along with their goals.

Core Strength (30min PT Group)

Core strength is an absolute essential in fitness, from protecting yourself from injuries to making your fitness more efficient. We train the core, Glutes and get your body into a safe housing to smash your fitness goals!

PT incorporated so you are always at the level that is right for you.  Please book onto these sessions.  

STRETCH AND MOBILITY (30 min - yoga based stretches )

An injury prevention class and a mini mind escape with yoga based stretches that compliment your fitness goals. Highlight imbalances and issues that we can be addressed in focussed sessions to give you a better posture and technique in your training. 

Focusing on breathing,  wind down after a Warrior double whammy back to back class and say thank you to your body!  

Family Session (30 min Group PT)

Perfect family bonding session! In my eyes there is no one better spurring you on in life than your children and with fitness this becomes so enthusiastic and rewarding! 

.. NO this does not mean its easy! As PT it is just the right level for you at the time, weather it be you are a fitness fanatic or an absolute beginner your workout will be the right focus for you and children will be adapted! 

We have mother and sons / daughters come along and also the whole family.. Mum and dad included. We have even seen kids move from family sessions to adult sessions when the time is right!

These sessions are to be booked in advance. 

 

Fit Friday & Spicy Saturday (45 min Group PT)

This is a 45 minute class focusing on functional fitness, come along to work on personal goals and strength training, this can  include; tyre flipping, barbell work, boxing fitness and working together for that extra bit of Weekend Fun!

These sessions are to be booked in advance. 

 

1-2-1 PT SESSIONS (30 min PT)

DUO PT SESSIONS OR YOUR OWN GANG!

After filling out your initial  form and us deciding what your goal is , Fit-Niche will have the right and succesful plan for you.. 

We have had people who HATED exercise, finding it boring and dull to ending up addicted and in LOVE with it and the benefits it has to offer! there is alwaysa  way and a type of fitness for everyone and we WILL find that along our journey together!
